Responsible for more than 200 key customers in 38 countriesManage and train order entry/customer service staffOverseas supply chain process, including order entry/customer serviceLiaising with fulfillment centers in Germany, China and SingaporeMaintaining product allocationRelocating distribution including planning and customer care from Scotland to GermanyOutsourcing packing, storage and transportation to a 3rd Party Logistics Partner
