As the team lead and lead developer of the OTT Channels team within CM.com, my main focus is scoping and preparing upcoming projects that has to do with Over-The-Top channels such as WhatsApp Business Messages, Instagram Messaging and many more.Projects can be the development of new features for a specific OTT channe. But also the setup and maintenance of the infrastructure of the resulting services. In the infrastructure we mus work on the networking, monitoring, logging, databases, backups, and so on.

Quality Assurance is an important topic within CM.com and also within the Research & Development domain. We want to achieve continuous improvement and motivate all the teams to integrate the QA work into their day-to-day work. The considerations within this QA cycle will help us getting to a higher level of quality. Quality directly relates to the delivery of our services and increases the customer value.Being part of the QA Advocates, we facilitating and monitor the QA cycle with the integration of different quality aspects (e.g.: ISO) into the QA cycle.

During my period with HBM Netherlands B.V. I created a verification application that can verificate the data acquisition of HBM Netherlands B.V.. This application is written in C#.NET on an object oriented way.
