The Stavanger region´s transition from an oil and gas region to a broad energy region is happening rapidly. Stavanger kommune is taking an active part in this transition. Telling the story about this transition is an important task, to attract more talents to the region and create an attractive environment for companies to establish themselves. Experience: I was responsible for setting up the new brand Stavanger Business Region as well as communication channels. Key tasks were strategic communication activities, creation of content in various channels, as well as business development. As energy is one of my core competences, I follow up the energy industry through close contact, facilitating arrangements, project management and so forth. I have run national campaigns focusing om attracting young professionals and businesses to the region, reaching nearly 700 000 people. OFFB Media Response Team (MRT) supports its members on the Norwegian Continental Shelf in communication tasks when an incident occurs. I work as an advisor in the team, which involves stakeholder management, media contact and writing of key messages and other publications.

ONS is one of the world´s leading energy conferences, gathering around 70.000 people from 100 nations every second year. The project is of a great dimension, demanding tight and strategic leadership, coordination, and cooperation. Key reporter on the story about the offshore development project Yme, where the whole development turned out to be terminated. This story boosted readers for Teknisk Ukeblad, and turned out to be one of the largest uncoverings and stories about the Norwegian oil and gas industry.
