CurrentExecutive Assistant:- Board material preparation, including drafting agendas, collecting and compiling data and information, preparing presentation material and reports for the Executive Management team and the Board of Directors- Drafting Minutes of Meetings from Board meeting, summarising discussions, decisions, and action items.- Coordinating and scheduling Board meetings- Various PA tasks for CEO, CFO and COOManager of Operations (Group)- Management of Operations (Group) department including Office Assistants, In-House Service team and reception (13 employees)HR Consultant:- Preparing material for salary reviews in +10 countries- Management sparring- DISC profile assessments- Conducting work engagement surveys, including survey design, data collection as well as analysis and reporting- Implementing new HR system (HiBob)
