Nonprofit volunteer based exchange-organization.- Administrative work in form of planning camps for the coming and returning exchange students, but also educational weekends to strengthen our volunteers. In total 36 camps with a duration from two to seven days for a total of over 500 exchange students and volunteers a year.- Collaboration across cultures, ages, location, and positions in AFS.
