My passion and being in love with the software development track started very long ago.I used to have a VTech laptop from the age of 3, dad used to leave me to discover how it works on my own. So, I grew up loving to learn new things.I developed my first website in 2002 using MS front page, HTML, and CSS. I won a national prize with such a website in Egypt, which came in 2nd place. I was given chances with many teams to proven my leadership skills. I used to end up being chosen as a team leader in many situations by the managers and the team members. I used over my whole 10+ years of experience to wear many hats to fit in several places and that is so fun.During my last position as a Technical team lead, I got a chance to work in many changeable roles, and to wear different hats. The company (IISIS - IIES) main project was a very technical GIS application, a part of a big GIS system (https://amlak.systems/en/) used by the MoF engineers internally in the management of lands and acquisition. 1. I used to communicate with the engineers in Kuwait to demonstrate how powerful our application will be and how they can fully utilize it when ready.2. I prepared many real use cases, presentations, and documentation for the engineers to help them understand and get familiar with the application for its very early stages.3. I attended most of the user data gathering sessions to better understand how are they working currently and to get more familiar with the scope and terms used by the engineers ( which was a very intensive civil/GIS engineer oriented)4. I joined the meeting with MoF minister and his vice minister meetings afterward also to make sure they understand from the none technical point of view the project timeline and status.5. Technical-wise, I had to follow up with my team on the daily tasks, and manage the time plan as we were on a very tight time plan. revise the deliverable before passing them to the deployment team ...etc.6. The same project was proposed as well to MLD in Egypt, I was part of the team as well who presented to the minister and the governors.So, If you think I'm the type of TL that you are searching for I'm happy to hear from you soon.
