Back in 2009-2010 Résidence de Biestaete was a conceptual Wellness centre aimed at medical treatments. In order to launch effectively, the company wanted to learn more about the field of hot water treatments. At that time, Résidence de Biestaete had no clear picture of the wellness industry, which parties were involved, and the needs and wishes of potential customers. A businessplan was asked to form as a basis for an effective company launch.
