I have a great passion for traveling to experience different culture, nature and cuisine. Besides the gorgeous landscape, the friendliness and hospitality of people at the destinations are what always appear in my travel stories. Therefore, I selected my career in the tourism industry because I find happiness when helping people and being part of their experience. Recently, I have just graduated from Capilano University with Hotel and Resort Management Post Barracurate Diploma.In my previous internship, I had the chance to work with InterContinental Saigon hotel as Club Lounge Butler. My tasks were providing the high-quality and professional guest service including assisting the guest to find travel information, serving morning and evening buffet, making coffee and tea with attention to detail regarding guest allergy, preference, birthday or anniversary. In my recent co-op, I wanted to change to another part of tourism and selected Destination North America in the cruise ship industry. I work as a cruise representative, who directs guests in the terminal from the entrance, luggage room, check-in counter to security and also check-in them to go on the boat. Providing the fast, accurate and active service at the port is what I am aiming at to give them the great first expression.Furthermore, I enjoy every creative project. Through extracurricular opportunities and school assignments, I gained my experience and developed new skills. I tried many positions and completely in love with them from the photographer, poster designer, clip director to an event planner. As a result, I learned how to use basic Photoshop, Canvas, Premiere, etc. and manage Social Media pages.
