Responsibilities: Producing and processing marine chart data, developing GIS methods that support and enhance our hydrographic services by using geospatial tools and visualization. I'm always willing to improve processes and bring more value to company and clients through data. My tasks also include processing, analyzing and inspecting geophysical, multi-beam (MBES) and LiDAR data, as well as performing quality assessment tasks (QC), being an active participant in projects and a fair work mate. I have been involved in the Intelligent Sea project (https://www.arctia.fi/en/arctia-ltd./intelligent-sea-project.html).I have worked as a framework contract consultant for Traficom, the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (https://www.traficom.fi/en/). I updated and corrected the registry data, marine mapping data, and participated in the development of the new information system and its implementation process.Achievements/Experience: It is rewarding to work on an area that I find close to my heart. The work is varied; visual, technical, scientific, significant. My skills have diversified and have inspired me to learn more about this business. I want constantly develop my knowledge and skills. I can't wait to see what opportunities the future holds.

Responsibilities: Using Tableau to visualize statistic data, as well as to develop distribution of digital information. I was part of the unit's cloud service team, where I promoted our unit to switch to cloud services, e.g. Microsoft Teams, Yammer and SharePoint. My work included some file and data managements; I designed and moved the locations of the materials and files.Achievements/Experience: Learnt using Tableau and got familiar with the environment of cloud services. It was also rewarding to plan leisure activities to the whole team.

Responsibilities: Main tasks included managing and formatting spatial and register data for annual projects (SeutuCD), as well as map visualizations (regional commuting). I also attended a cloud service project team (Microsoft Teams and Yammer). Achievements/Experience: I was a trainee part of a project management training program during this time. This enhanced my acquirements as a project expert. I also got to participate in planning recreational activities for the team.

Responsibilities: I was in charge of city's cadastral register system (FACTA). My duty was to create passwords and user accounts, as well as provide user guidance to the system. My work also included to supply cadastral or spatial data and run SQL queries for data requests. I followed and made reports of city's data usage. I also acted as a substitute supervisor in the Office of GIS.Achievements/Experience: As a supervisor's substitute I managed to do some HR related tasks, such as giving orientation to a new employee, accepting sick leaves and vacations, and taking part in codetermination negotiation under an organizational change. Through data usage reports I got more familiar with the data products (WFS, WMS and open data).

Responsibilities: My task included to report metadata of cadastral information in the register system and map service. I took part in distribution and development of data and map products.Achievements/Excperience: I got to explore the environment of the register system of Helsinki city and the contents of the database. I learned to make SQL queries from the database and taught myself to get familiar with QGIS. This was part of the project to take QGIS to contribute and manage the map and data products.

Responsibilities: I produced map series, using ArcGIS, and visualized statistic data for RescOp project, a Finnish-Russian project focusing on development and improvement of maritime safety in the Gulf of Finland. As a result, an Atlas was published during the project. (Website of RescOp project: https://www.merikotka.fi/en/projects/rescop/).Achievements/Experience: In addition to the Atlas publishing, I got to work in an international team-oriented project, which enhanced my skills as a team member. I and my team partner received positive feedback from the Atlas as an efficient team players. I also got experience in data acquisition, data processing and using visual analysis methods. The project enabled me to participate in international seminars, where I got to meet experts of maritime search and rescue.

Responsibilities: I controlled the traffic during loading and unloading the ships and made damage reports of cargo trailers.Achievements: I learned to classify car units by their characteristics. Working in field required to pay attention on schedules. It taught me to act proactively, carefully and to be aware of the surrounding events.
