At Triscal I work as a Marketing Consultant. My team works with cloud-based digital marketing platforms for email marketing solutions, customer journey automation, and engagement via mobile and social devices.I have worked on the following projects:- MULTIPLAN SHOPPING CENTERS: I joined the team to implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, doing scope meetings and blueprints. The customer was working with another digital marketing tool, and by the end of the project, they had fully migrated to the new platform. - ALMEIDA JR: Joined the team on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation (discovery and scope meetings). Build integration between Marketing Cloud and the company 3rd party data source.- JCPM: Helped the technical leadership implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and integrate Service Cloud through Marketing Cloud Connector. I carried out the training program for the marketing team on creating and sending email, landing page, SMS, and WhatsApp messages, as well as introducing products such as the Einstein predictive intelligence feature in customer journeys.-Rio Sul: Started its Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, integrating with Salesforce CRM through Marketing Cloud Connector, setting up the data model, establishing the account's Business Units, defining user roles and permissions, configuring email-sending domains, planning the IP warming process, and designing its first email templates and content. We continuously work with the customer providing platform support.-Cassol - Assistance in gathering technical documentation to design a project proposal to unify the company's database through the use of Marketing Cloud CDP (Customer Data Platform)-Kinoplex - Trained the marketing team using Salesforce Marketing Cloud studios on building emails, data extension segmentation, journey campaigns, and aligning with marketing automation best practices. We continuously work with the customer providing platform support.
