Activities include:New street side connectivity. Project based delivery of IT connections and business solutions to interact with above mentioned financial institutions. Responsible from beginning (initiation meetings) to end with deliverable such as the set-up of leased lines, FIX connections, the integration of end of day reconciliation files, adaptation by internal business departments, testing and client go-live. Infrastructure improvement. Making the existing infrastructure less complex, reliable and more automated (STP). Release management. Maintenance of existing IT landscape and control of impact on business departments from changes initiated by connected financial institutions. Activities include resource planning, impact analysis and testing.
