My main responsibilities in this role are:- Making the reports and analyzing Fixed Assets of Medtronic EMEA on a monthly basis, in terms of Depreciation, Disposals and CAPEX. - Communicating closely with financial analysts in multiple businesses to make the forecast for Fixed Assets, based on the historical data and future operating plan. The forecasts are adjusted and updated quarterly. Besides quarterly forecast, our team also make annual operating plan and rolling forecast for the next 2 years and a half.- Together with the Fixed Assets team, improving and standardizing the process further.

Manage inventory and develop cost standards for materials and employees. Collect operational data and make analysis reports to forecast expenses and budgets● Assist in month-end close process: reconcile bank account and update accounts payable● Enhance the selling process and help to save the cost of purchasing “Order Management Software” by building a financial model in Excel, used in selling and analyzing process (Insert new orders, check inventory, print bills, summarize revenue, trends in sizes/customer age). ● Administration tasks: prepare slides for presentations, check the completeness of documents for internal control.● Other supports: Write content for Facebook Page, cooperate with the marketing team to ultimate FB ads and adjust targeted customers, build business administrative procedures

● Build and maintain a strong relationship with a group of 60 clients via emails, phone calls, and social network platforms. Give clients advice to construct a balanced stock portfolio, which is associated with their risk attitudes.● Analyzing financial data by preparing an Excel valuation model, evaluating company performances in years and detecting Financial Statement Fraud● Write published reports of two listed companies, in which the stock codes are SHI and TBD.● Make monthly presentations before the department (about 40 people) to show opinions about the current financial market/ or about potential stocks in the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
