My work includes educating stakeholders within the U.S.-based alternative protein ecosystem about government resources that may be available to them, as well as empowering agency funders with accurate information about the alternative protein landscape. I'm eager to catalyze public investment for alternative proteins, a crucial solution to many global problems including climate change, food security, and public health.
