The Fisher Fellowship is a one-year pathway to finding schools and is the principal mechanism for KIPP’s growth• Identify and cultivate mid-career, high-performing candidates for the Fellowship and other educational leadership positions around the country; sourced from internal database, referrals, webinars, and online sites• Conduct 20+ weekly informational interviews with high-quality prospects to inform and attract applicants• Foster stakeholder relationships across 9 regions, strengthening potential applicant-to-region matching• Plan and execute regional events where final interviews are conducted and Fellows are selected• Track candidates in Salesforce database, accurately reporting prospect activity through recruitment lifecycle

KIPP Through College provides comprehensive college and career support for KIPP DC alumni• Manage annual internship programing for high school and college age alumni: applicant screening, interviewing, hiring, placement, and performance management• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations, creating 30+ summer internship opportunities for KIPP DC alumni• Launched and manage Future Focus, a career readiness program providing professional development and career training workshops to 50+ high school age students; Supported by 35 Accenture corporate volunteers• Provide individual career counseling, life-skills, resume screening, interview preparation and employment search assistance to 45+ KIPP DC alumni in support of their career and academic pursuits• Develop strategy and supporting tools to provide career development services to 600+ KIPP DC alumni

Reviewed applications, screened resumes and interviewed candidates for employment in multiple departments, resulting in over 60 new hires.

Training and Communication Lead -Managed client relationships over the course of multiple high-profile government projects in the transportation, finance and defense industries. Facilitated the communication of pending organizational and technological changes between multiple audiences.-Supervised a diverse team of 7 in executing a communications plan, developing and delivering training products, and completing project deliverables on-time with a high degree of quality. -Executed project management activities, including work-planning, status updates, data analysis. Health & Human Services Training Specialist -Conducted and evaluated 10+ multiple-week trainings for call center and Health and Human Services Agency concerning family and household requirements for government aid. -Identified work-life balance issues for employees, communicated them to management, and updated client’s training methodology to produce a more content and efficient workforce. -Developed and delivered point-of-need customer service training, coaching, and classroom management techniques to clients based on identified gaps and best practices. Updated training materials within agency guidelines.Deployment Analyst/State Liaison -Assisted in deployment of a financial disbursement program.
