I am a social entrepreneur, business consultant, and agripreneur with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bamenda. I am passionate about creating meaningful change in our world through innovative and sustainable solutions that empower communities and economies.As the Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Maimo Foundation, I have led and managed various projects and programs that have impacted the lives of hundreds of vulnerable people, especially women and children, in Cameroon. Some of my achievements include launching a fundraising campaign that enabled the foundation to offer 100% education scholarships to over 45 internally displaced kids, coordinating and facilitating 57 training programs on lucrative income-generating skills for 150 women who were later attributed seed capital, and negotiating and signing 3 deals with international companies for CallMaimo, a delivery service company that I also founded and supervise as the Operations Supervisor, to deliver their goods in Cameroon. These deals have resulted in increased revenue and return on investment for the company's investors, as well as increased brand awareness and market share in Cameroon.With a proven track record in business management, strategic development, and public speaking, I have honed my skills in converting complex problems into actionable solutions with ease. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to spot opportunities in every challenge, which has helped me build a successful track record in both my professional and personal endeavors. As a result, impacted the lives of over 45 children, giving them the opportunity to get an education, permitting to build a better future for themselves.-- • Coordinated and managed 57 training programs on lucrative income-generating skills such as food processing, recycling, waste management, and business development with 150 vulnerable people (all women) who were later attributed seed capital. As a result, empowered over 150 women, giving them the skills and resources they need to start their own businesses and lift themselves out of poverty.--• Scaled, implemented, and coordinated health sensitization projects in the fields of sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence, COVID-19, and provided pediatric palliative care to over 200 internally displaced persons (IDPs) and 130 street kids which helped to improve their quality of life.--• Organized school games and competitions between primary schools for pupils, promoting healthy competition and teamwork. This helped to improve the physical and mental health of the pupils, as well as their academic performance. Additionally, providing school materials to over 100 less privileged students helped them to succeed in their studies and achieve their full potential. This increased brand awareness and fundraising for Maimo Foundation by 20%, enabling the organization to reach more people and make a greater impact.-- • Operationalized multiple fundraising campaigns which funded education and income-generating activities for IDPs and vulnerable people and went a long way to directly impact over 500 people over the past 3 years and over 1,000 households indirectly. This helped to improve the lives of over 1,500 people, making a significant impact on the community.
