As a Microbiologist, my responsibilities include:* Microbiological analysis of all finished product, raw materials, complaints samples, stability samples.* To monitor environmental conditions (counts) of processing areas, critical machines / filling lines.* Performance Qualification of Biological safety cabinets and Laminar Air Flow Hoods.*To prepare standard solution, buffers, media, sterilization, storage labeling and keeping records of their preparation / sterilization*To maintain the record of Microbiological cultures.** To check environmental conditions of different areas of plant by exposing plates for specified time periods.* Collection of water samples from different points in company and checked microbiologically.• Sterility Test by Direct and indirect method.*Bacterial Endotoxin test by gel clot method for raw material.WFI and finished products.• Maintain laboratory records in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice standards.
