I am a passionate and experienced educator, with over 18 years of experience in various roles and positions, primarily with the Early Years Segment and the English Department. My educational journey has taken me to schools in both India and abroad, where I have had the privilege of immersing myself in various teaching pedagogies and methodologies. I have gained invaluable experience in a broad spectrum of educational approaches which includes, The Montessori Method, The Multiple Intelligence Method, Bloom's Taxonomy, Project-Based Learning, The 5a Xseed Method, The Reggio Emilia Method and the IB PYP Method.Beyond my teaching responsibilities, I am experienced in Curriculum Development, Setting up preschools, Teacher Training, Lesson Planning, Parent Orientations, Event Management, Parent and Teacher Management, Updating social media handles and Drafting communications.With a Bachelor's degree, majoring in English, and pursing Bed, I hold a one-year full-time Montessori diploma and I have an IBPYP certification in Making the PYP happen, certification in the Reggio Emilia Approach, certification in story telling for teachers and trainers and certification in early childhood education with art.Throughout my career as an educator, I have undertaken a wide range of responsibilities across various roles and organizations.
