Work with the All About Birds web team to conceptualize, organize, implement, and provide growth for web applications, hybrid mobile apps, content management systems, and server infrastructure.Collaborate with database manager to ensure seamless collection, archiving, and access to data.Work with the designer to implement and update designs in WordPress sites.Perform quality assurance based on existing procedures or project requirements and ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile optimization for all projects.Collaborate with other team members in transition from traditional virtual server infrastructure to cloud infrastructure.Develop and implement DevOps scripts and procedures to increase deployment efficiency and consistency between server environments.Create and maintain data integration processes between Cornell Lab’s major databases.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and techniques.Contribute to a clear mission to build solid development processes and healthy collaborations between teams and clients.
