My responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents,ensuring that the collaterals securing the loans granted by the Bank are perfected,engaging external solicitors, reviewing legal documents prepared by the external solicitors, ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and providing general legal advisory services to the 21 Branches in Abuja and Middle Belt Region on commercial , litigation and general credit issues.

My responsibilities included filing trademark applications, making sure that the company was eligible for incentives under the export program of the Government, writing legal correspondences, attending workshops, attending meetings and writing reports.
