As Sales Operations Manager I was in charge of three main projects under Fine Media ltd, Zuku, Dlight and Premier Foods ( Peptang).ZUKUI was responsible for recruitment, training and allocation of agents to their respective markets, as of June 2023 I had a total of 196 agents. Managed, and monitored each agent’s performances on acquisition, retention and upselling.I delivered on average over Ksh. 2.5 M revenue and 490 connection each month. I registered 95% retention of the clients acquired each month on average.Grew market coverage by 38% by acquiring over 20,000 new homesThrough market research I acquired 2 new products, student packages and SOHO packages designed to suite client desires in the market.DLIGHT Sales team recruitment and training across 10 counties,a total of 180 sales agents.This was a 3 month program aimed at empowering communities through provision of safe cooking energy.The target was to sell 30,000 energy saving cook-stoves both for firewood and charcoal across 10 counties.We did 20,000 cook-stoves which translates to 67% of the target number.PEPTANGPremier foods produce and sell Peptang products.This was a 3-month program with an objective of listing over 20,000 assorted outlets in Nairobi to drive acquisition.We 35,000 outlets all of which stocked Peptang foods.Generated a revenue of Ksh. 2.4 M and influenced orders of over Ksh. 3.15 M.
