Presently working as a Doctoral Scholar at IIT Kharagpur, Vinod Gupta School of Management and my research topic is High Performance Work System in Health Care sector. Before it, worked as a research scholar at MAKAUT,WB, previously worked as a Guest Faculty at Jadavpur University and MAKAUT,WB (West Bengal University of Technology), completed M.Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management from West Bengal University of Technology (presently MAKAUT WB), earlier completed PGDM(HR) from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. I am also a certified six sigma green belt professional.In my last internship (January 2016 to March 2016) at OneX Solution Pvt. Ltd., I worked on metrics like ‘Percentage of employees satisfied with the learning and growth opportunities provided by the company’, ‘Percentage of new hires satisfied with the work culture and roles provided by the management’, ‘Average percentage increase in workforce productivity’, ‘Percentage increase in employee referral rate’. We analyzed the data, found the probable cause and suggested improvement measures. During the 3rd and 4th year of engineering, I was the training & placement coordinator. I acted as a SPOC for my batch-mates and for my juniors regarding their placement and training issues. I was also the Campus Ambassador for FirstNaukri.com during that time. Apart from this, we have successfully organized several cultural events, academic seminars, workshops, conferences, finishing schools, career oriented events. I was actively involved in the counselling cum admission process of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board where I used to deal with 150-200 people daily.
