Managed and nurtured these partnerships to ensure they were beneficial and impactful for the communities we served.• Partnership Implementation & Analysis: Developed comprehensive plans for each partnership and oversaw their successful execution. Regularly analyzed data to assess the impact of these collaborations on our organization and the communities we worked with, ensuring our efforts led to tangible outcomes.• Community Engagement & Advocacy: Led initiatives to engage the community through advocacy and direct interaction. Part Time-Community Engagement & Trainer, Kiu-Lake Enterprises Nanyuki. The role of conducting training to educate community members on climate resilience through water harvesting, storage and efficient usage.• Facilitated Smart Water for Agriculture project coordinating with SNV training youths on climate resilience and conservation agriculture.• Trained over 2000 community farmers under Nordic Climate Facility IWESK project from Laikipia and neighbouring counties.• Planned and Organised farmers, CBOs and NGOs field visits while overseeing the training programs.• Engaged over 100 CBOs and more than 2000 farmers actively training them on climate change, resilience and efficient water usage in agriculture.

Field Evaluation Assistant, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). For coping with the need to increase food production on the basis of more sustainable farming practices.• Conducted surveys in Laikipia County semi-arid areas to monitor and evaluate the success of Conservation Agriculture and Good Agricultural Practices.• Advocated for Conservation Agriculture as a way to address the problems of soil degradation resulting from agricultural practices that deplete the organic matter and nutrient content of the soil.• Interviewed over 100 target farmers to monitor their understanding of Conservation Agriculture and Good Agricultural Practices.• Collected qualitative and quantitative data at household levels using Kobo collect to compare several indicators –regarding conservation agriculture. • Report writing and documentation.
