I am tasked to translate the IBM SPSS strategy into service propositions that add value and profitability to the organization and enhance a strong Customer to business relationship by•Accounts Management including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and qualifications through contractnegotiations, signing, and post pre-sales support•Actively participating in regular pipeline and accounts reviews•Directly manage and lead deal cycles•Identification, qualification and closing new opportunities.•Support Field Sales staff taking lead deals•Working with new and existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities and winning new business in the designated market.•Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;•Feeding future buying trends back to my organisation•Deliver presentations of products at customer sites and at conferences and exhibitions;•Drive annual sales targets;•Arranging and attending trade exhibitions and user group meetings;•Deliver platform presentations, posters and publications at conferences;•Produce monthly sales reports;•Provide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery;•Identify and make contact with potential customers;•Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers;
