I am a PhD graduate in Physics with expertise in modeling, machine learning, and data analysis. My academic journey has focused on developing innovative computational tools, particularly machine-learned potentials, to accelerate theoretical spectroscopy and molecular simulations. Beyond academia, I have applied my skills to real-world challenges, such as improving precipitation-threshold-based Early Warning Systems for natural hazards during my work with CREALP in the Swiss Alps.I am passionate about environmental challenges in mountain and remote regions, combining advanced analytical techniques with a strong interest in geomorphology, alpine ecosystems, and natural hazard management. My experience extends from computational research to hands-on fieldwork, where I have supported studies of alpine streams and catchments, and explored the intersection of science, technology, and the natural world.As an experienced educator, I have served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, private tutor, and undergraduate mentor, helping students of diverse backgrounds master complex concepts in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
