- Stationed at the 100,000 BOPD Faihaa Oil Field Block-9, Basrah, Iraq.- Lead the maintenance and reliability team consisting of 6 Engineers, 18 Technicians and various mechanics, fitters and helpers.- Actively involved in the commissioning of the Central Processing Facility (CPF) for Crude Oil and Gas, conducted Mechanical Completion Walkdown Inspections and prepared Punch Lists. Ensured compliance with project specs and HSE standards, contributing to the CPF's operational readiness.- Spearheaded the development of the Master Data of over 300 Rotating Equipment installed at the CPF to build and run an effective Maintenance Program.- Prepared comprehensive Spare Parts Lists, identifying and quantifying spares for procurement.- Created Maintenance Plans, Schedules and Strategies for Rotating Equipment at CPF, including the Task Lists to optimize equipment reliability. - Developed the reliability program by performing the Criticality Analysis to identify and prioritize critical equipment.- Implemented Condition Monitoring using Vibration Analysis, Thermography and Oil Analysis on the Rotating Equipment to establish the baseline data as a first step towards Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).

Kandhkot Gas Field

Key Contributions & Achievements: - Led a team of 2 Engineers, 6 Technicians, various mechanics, fitters, helpers, Crane and Forklift Operators etc.- Ensured smooth operations of a 250 MMSCFD Gas Compression Station and a Dehydration Plant by performing timely Preventive & Condition Based Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance on Rotary and Stationary Equipment.- Ensured compliance with company’s HSE policy and procedures during maintenance activities.- Liaison with the vendors for any technical queries and conducting bid reviews and commercial negotiations. Performing the Technical and Commercial Evaluations and preparation of Comparative Statements before the finalization and award of contracts. - Planned budget proposals (approx. USD 10 Million including CAPEX and REVEX) and contracts for external local contractor’s jobs. - Successfully performed service exchange (replacement of Gas Generator and Power Turbine) of SIEMENS SGT-400 Gas Turbine under a GBP 2.7 Million contract with Siemens. - Successfully performed Major Overhaul of SIEMENS Gas Compressor STC-SV-10-7-B. Detailed planning, arrangement and procurement of special tools and spares, alignment of external services required for the overhaul of the 7 stage, 8.18 MW, and 11001 m3/hr Gas Compressor, and the execution of job were all carried out in house. - Increased the production by 40MMSCFD by the installation of second Gas Engine driven reciprocating Gas compressors.- Successfully planned and executed ATA of Dehydration Units. Detailed planning, arrangement of spares, and alignment of external services required for job were performed.- Achieved successful completion of Third-Party Inspections for various Pressure Vessels as per API-510 and Gas Pipelines as per API-570 and Above Ground Storage Tanks as per API-653 by preparing the scope of work, corresponding with vendors and killing the observation points against the inspection reports.

Key Contributions & Achievements: - Performed preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis. - Developed Master Data of all equipment at Kandhkot Gas Field, including Functional Locations, Equipment, Bill of Materials (BOM), Task Lists, and Preventive Maintenance Plans, within the SAP-PM Module.- Successfully completed replacement and overhauling project worth PKR 12 Million of SIEMENS Gas Compressor STC-SV-10-7-B dry gas seal. - Performed major, intermediate and top end overhauls of Cummins Gas Gensets QSV91.- Identified critical spares & assigned reorder levels, quantities to implement Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.- Performed data cleansing activity of spares pertaining to mechanical section by amendment of 5000 spares text to ensure their easy identification and classification.
