Preparation of Monthly Intercompany Reconciliation Chart in regards to Related Party· Reporting to Assistant General Manager of Accounts & Finance· Overlooking smooth functioning of accounting of all monthly intercompany transactions in Holding Company and related Subsidiary/Joint Venture/Associate Companies.· Co-ordinating/supervising with colleagues for monthly Income & Expense Provisional Entries related to Subsidiaries/JV/Associates.· Reconciling monthly intercompany accounts with Subsidiaries, Joint Venture & Associates, resolving difference if any and passing necessary entries wherever required.· Preparing Intercompany Chart and Loans & Advance Chart Monthly for Audit and MIS contains the details of Investment, Loans & Advances, Debtors, Creditors & Provisional balances of Related Parties.· Preparing Related Party Disclosure for Notes to the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statement.· Preparing Related Party Closing Balances and P & L Balances knock offs for consolidated Financial Statement.· Preparing Accounts Payable & Prepayment (Advances Paid) reports, Aging & Unapplied Receipt (Advances Received) reports of related parties and Tallying with GL / Trial Balance.· Involved in Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Audit & Consolidation of Financials. For Monthly closing activity in ERP· Preparing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable net off data and passing AP & AR netting entries in ERP in correspondence with Subsidiary/JV Company on Monthly basis.· Co-ordinating/supervising with colleagues to complete related party transactions Invoice booking, Payment, Receipt, Adjustment Entries etc.· Passing entries of Audit queries such as Advance, Debtors & Investment Provision, W/off, W/back etc.· Tagging of Related Party regularly in Supplier and Customer Master of ERP as per Related Party database.· Keeping track of mapping of proper Related Party GL codes to Creditors and Debtors in regards to Related Party.
