1. To ensure the total inventory work of the Plate Preparation department and submit every month closing reports in favor of the return of investments (ROI).2. To co-ordinate all internal and external audit-related documentation works. Process deviation (PD), NCPR record, Management data, and records.3. Watch over and organize the daily operations of all works. Make sure that it is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely. 4. To communicate with R&D, QC, Planning, Store inventory regarding daily operation issues and deliver instruction to production team members. 5. To analyze standard operating procedures (SOP), design and work layout and ensure production according to plan.6. To assist with Pre-assembly functionality checks and works. 7. Following up necessary safety regulations applicable work instructions, operating procedures, method statements and share daily reports to superior and management. 8. Attend to all equipment breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision.9. Technically assess the requirement of allocated jobs and select the necessary tools and equipment to complete such work.
