Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process in heavy industries projects in Russia including Head quarter (Amur AGPP, Udokan GMK, Arctic LNG2, Yamal LNG, Ust-Luga, Bekobad Mini Mill, ZHGOK, Stoylenskiy GOK, . Client – Sibur, Gazprom, Novatek)Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteriaIdentifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the companyPlacement the job advertisements, searching for suitable candidates in open resources and headhuntingAttending and conducting interviews together with managers, directors and TOP managementCollaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource employees during the offer process, negotiating salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent detailsOnboarding and supporting in the probation period of all new employeesMaking the contract with firms and choosing the appropriate welcome boxesPerforming exit interviews, preparing different reports, performance management, 360 evaluation, standardization of HR related procedures and documents, demobilization processConducting telephone, Video\Face-to-face interviews in Russian, Turkish, English languages, initiating assessment of employeesCreation of a candidate reserve for the projects, HR analytics, HR brandingIn charge of making contract agreements with services provider such as - recruitment agencies, Head Hunter, Kariyer.net, Linkedin, Superjob, Avito, etcInvolving to the work with Universities and trainee programsComputer literacy – advanced user of MS Office (excel – vlookup, summary tables, proper,averagea and other formules), CRM systems, 1C
