International Ministries is a department within Spiritual Development. For the past three decades International Ministries has facilitated short-term mission programs for over 3,000 students, faculty, and alumni who have served alongside hosts in over 70 world areas. My work involves managing most of the travel logistics for a variety of programs within International Ministries. As the graduate admissions assistant I processed student applications, transcripts and other admissions related documents using the Jenzabar database. One of my favorite tasks was developing reports on excel using pivot tables or Argos reports that demonstrated current student enrollment, recruitment statistics, and marketing effectiveness. With previous website management experience, I assisted web developers with maintenance and quality assurance for all the graduate regional centers’ web pages. I was privileged to train several new hires including the admissions systems coordinator and admissions counselors.

As a student office manager my role was to train and oversee up to three student assistants. Dr. Gailey, the director, gave me autonomy and trusted me with several varied projects.
