I founded WellPlace workplace wellbeing services in 2022, which offers an extensive range of wellbeing offerings to help employees to feel well - physically, mentally, and emotionally - and when people feel well, they are more productive and work well.I have been teaching yoga since 2003 and is a Yoga Therapy Ireland & YTTC Qualified Yoga Instructor teaching mixed level Hatha yoga, sports yoga, and workplace yoga classes to university students, staff, private and business clients. Yoga can really help your wellbeing due to the mind–body connection that is fundamental to the practice. Working your physical body, keeping yourself fit and minimising risk of injury, and also having the opportunity to de-stress and reconnect with yourself.
