Dr. Mairs, co-founder of Revitalize Integrated Body Systems, decided to become a Chiropractor after his own personal experience as a patient and as an intern with both the chiropractic and medical professions. He received his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, and received his Chiropractic education at Palmer West in San Jose, CA.Dr. Mairs believes that the best way to effectively treat most spinal and extremity disorders is to use physiotherapy in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Mairs has received extensive training in addition to that of the normal chiropractic education in the area of extremity diagnosis, adjusting, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise. He has also been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2005. Dr. Mairs is also certified in Active Release Technique and is ROCKTAPE Certified.Dr. Mairs is also one of the only providers of Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM) in the Menlo Park area.
