Key responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment/selection, employee orientation, training and development, health & safety, policy development, programs implementation, probation/performance review, conflict resolution, rewards and recognition and HRIS.Projects: -Deployed eTime ADP attendance keeping software for the Toronto office (for 70 employees on payroll)-Teamed up with other geographies in upgrading the system design for Taleo enterprise: Defined all specific organization needs and desired process flows to upgrade and update the new configuration of the TEE solution. I then completed two day workshop in France to become “Train the Trainer” -Supported the global HRIS project team in deploying SAP to our Canadian and Australian office.
