To support the International Computer Driving License program by overseeing the activities of the accredited centers, and providing technical support for any Automated Testing Software used as a part of the ICDL certification program. Ensure all accredited centers are following ECDL-Foundation procedures for testing. Perform accreditation visits for centers that have minimum qualifications for testing or training, or both. Advise centers with regards to meeting requirements to be accredited as training and/or testing centers. Support all automated testing software used as directed. Interact closely with the Program Administrator to maintain effective communication to the Centers on all aspects of the program.

- Foster innovation and entrepreneurship amongst Syrian youth and graduates. - Provide a safe, stable and secure place to start and grow companies that can offer needed services, support and equipment to the ICT community within the country and the region.- Be a focal point of entrepreneurial activity, networking between tenant companies, the business community and potential partners.
