- Organising daily orders for the department reference. - Liasing with delivery drivers for daily orders and ensuring orders are picked up and deliver according to the stipulated delivery timing

Overlooking and coordinating online orders and sales.- Sales Coordinator for Corporate clients- Providing customer service support for potential and existing customer- Assisting in baking and packing of on average 10 to 20 orders daily. Handled up to 200 orders during peak season. - Booking and coordinating with delivery drivers for delivery route and ensure deliveries are made on time according to customer desired time-frames. - Supporting both Central Kitchen and Outlets in organising the orders to respective locations for orders fulfillment. - Responding to enquiries from clients for customisation, bulk purchase and other enquiries. Other duties include :- Supporting outlet in day to day operation- Overlooking sales of outlets- Maintaining good food hygiene practice and mainting cleanliness of outlet

- Manage and overlook outlets daily operation. - Manage 10 to 15 staffs and ensuring enough manpower for operation. - Outlet operation duties ; inventory checks, FOH & BOH duties- Taking care of outlets inventory and production schedule.

- Assisting in Outlets Operation Duties, handling duties from Front-Of-House to Back-of-House.- Assisting in Administrative works for Online Orders, liasing with third parties as well as middleman for information from Customer to Outlets and vice versa. - Assisting in Marketing and Visualization Content, planning social media look as well as branding. - Lead Creator for Social Media Content Creation, planning and executing of social media post and creating hype and buzz with eye catching posts. - Lead Creator for Promotional Works- Lead ideator for new content

Handling large volume of orders during peak period. Providing satisfactory customer service to customers at Front-Of-House. Handling FOH transactions and sales.Receiving inventory stocks and doing checks

Coordination- Attending coordinating meetings and dealing directly with clients and contractor for coordination onsite and offsiteProcurement and Styling- Includes sourcing of products and pricing and dealing with supplier directly and doing decor on site.
