The Tropical Forest Alliance (TFA) is a multistakeholder partnership platform, initiated to support the implementation of private-sector commitments to remove deforestation from key supply chains. Hosted by the World Economic Forum, it has grown its partner members throughout the years and continues to bring on board those key actors committed to tackling deforestation.I've been serving the Tropical Forest Alliance Latin America program since 2020, towards meeting the strategic priorities of the Region through technical and programmatic steer for effectively developing plans, budgets, metrics, and schedules with input and buy-in from key stakeholders and team members, developing and implementing tactics for approved plans.

The Nature Conservancy is a global environmental nonprofit working to create a world where people and nature can thrive. Grounded by local experience, it leverages its science, real-world solutions, and partnerships to influence global decision-making aiming at tackling some of the toughest problems facing people and nature today, replicating good ideas to save many places and improve people’s lives. As Business Development Associate Director for the Latin America Region assigned in Brazil, my job was to engage with corporations by creating joint value propositions that align with TNC strategies and corporations’ business or philanthropic needs. My commitment was to help businesses to expand corporate sustainable practices, generate financial resources, and create brand visibility opportunities to support TNC’s Conservation agenda. I was responsible for building and managing a portfolio of global corporations and developing relationships with them, understanding the core business priorities of the corporations, and being able to structure proposals in partnerships with conservation specialists that deliver value to both TNC and the corporation.

Led the Corporate Development Team spread in five different countries in Latin America during a performance-critical period when shorthanded, the department faced a critical strategical reboot. Met the assigned fundraising targets for the Fiscal Year 2019 and provided guidance and support to the team while ensuring them to keep focused while reaching goals. Also led several important hires, especially two which were very successful in Mexico and Colombia.

The Social Opportunity Institute (IOS) is a Brazilian non-profit organization, founded in 1998, with the mission of "Seeking, supporting and monitoring the employability of young people and people with disabilities, who have less access to job opportunities labor market".Working with them, I was responsible for the creation and management of the institutional development department, in charge of the management of the relationships, institutional and governmental affairs, including international partnerships and fundraising. Represented the organization at external and press events; implemented the Communication area and contributed directly to the process of professionalization and emancipation of the organization, with active participation in the management and decision-making.

As an entrepreneurship experience, created the consulting agency, focused on planning, designing, implementing and evaluating social, educational, cultural, environmental, sports and inclusion programs for underserved communities and people with disabilities, where it was possible to develop projects based on strategic cycles, combining economic viability and social transformation of impact, together with organizations of small and medium size.

Responsible for the design of the initial project, was hired to found and manage the organization, meeting the expectations and guidelines of its idealizers. In just over 3 years, implemented and led major departments, including fundraising and institutional and government affairs, and has won several awards and recognitions in the national press.

Responsible for the development of new projects in the socio-environmental scope, guaranteed the participation in public and private funding opportunities. Among the main functions, also contributed as an analyst in the internal communication and relationship with associates, where acquired knowledge in the areas of sustainability and the environment and developed skills in project design, endomarketing and relationship management.
