As the Assistant Vice President for Equity and SocialJustice, I’m dedicated to helping us achieve a world where heath and well being is a right not a privilege. I’m a native New Jerseyan — proud to still call this state my home along with my son and my husband.My journey with the Foundation began in 2008 when I joined as a program associate working to combat childhood obesity. Though my role at the Foundation has changed over the years, my aim has always been the same – keeping communities in the forefront. I've had a variety of experiences that brought me to where i am today most recently I was senior director of NJ grantmaking at RWJF, served as senior director of foundation relations with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) was also a grant writer and manager with United Way of Essex and West Hudson. I completed my undergrad at Douglass College, Rutgers University and hold an MPA from CUNY/Baruch College, as well as a master certificate in public administration from Kean University.
