Salesforce Administrator (Nimble Salesforce)
Current- Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security.
- Monitors end-user usage of systems
- Performance daily administrative and user support tasks
- Configure the platform to the business specifications and communicate to the team for any updates/changes.
- Promote data quality and enforce data integrity
- Determine user requirements, set up and perform UAT, and coordinate changes
