Responsible for opening/closing of the store Using X-Reads and Z-Reads at the end of shifts Filing information appropriately (such as delivery sheets) and making sure information is filed correctly (e.g. if it is confidential, make sure it is passed on to the relevant person to make sure it is securely filed) Creating files that keep confidential details safe (e.g. with a password) Answering the phone and handling customer queries Reply to customer and company emails on a daily basis Overseeing the smooth running of a shift Working with a team to reach weekly targets by hand-selling to customers Maintain high standards in the store and in designated sections Cover other stores when needed
