As a recent graduate from Birmingham City University with a BS in Finance and Investment, I have a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in the financial industry. I have also earned multiple certifications and awards, such as the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016, the Quant Trading Certificate from Amplify Trading, the Level 4 Joint Best Performing Student for BSc (Hons) Finance and Investment for 2019/20, and the CISI Educational Trust Awards 2022.In addition to my education, I have seven years of diverse and valuable work experience in retail, working for small start-ups, international brands, and large national chains, such as Emma Bridgewater, BCUSU, Samsonite, KWD Solutions, and TOMS. I have developed and enhanced skills in areas such as teamwork, sales, personal initiative, logistics, leadership, time management, cash handling, task orientation, inventory management, customer service, cultural awareness, numeracy, working under pressure, and various IT applications. I have also demonstrated my proficiency in data ethics, creating and using excel spreadsheets to improve business efficiency and accuracy. I am confident that my skills, achievements, and interests will enable me to learn and flourish within the financial industry.
