Jillian Rose serves as the President and CEO of Maison Global Real Estate | Consulting. Jillian serves as an asset manager for private clients, assisting in key decision-making within real estate portfolio management across international and domestic locations with a strong focus on properties in the U.S., France, and Italy. Jillian facilitates client transactions related to buying and selling properties in collaboration with trusted agents around the world. She travels to each location, interviews local real estate agents, and determines the best fit for each of her customers. As liaison between the client and local real estate agents, she markets and executes each listing and negotiates prices for the mutual benefit of both the buyer and the seller.Jillian also serves as the global ambassador to France for the Austin Board of REALTORS.® In her role, she educates the local Austin community on the housing market in France. By building relationships between French business owners and citizens living in greater Austin metro, she fosters international relations via her work with the Consul General’s office and French businesses. Locally, Jillian specializes in identifying unknown properties for her large portfolio of local and international buyers while ensuring her properties remain at top-notch quality for her sellers by overseeing staging, remodeling, and updates to each location to gain the highest market price. Her significant achievements in real estate logistics and transaction management enable her to innovate services to optimize the client experience and deliver the highest level of satisfaction.Jillian has recently become a board member for the Patton Legacy Sports Association. The Association dedicates their efforts in preserving General George S.
