Fullness Social Enterprises Society Limited was set up as a non-profit organisation in 2011. Its mission is to promote the social entrepreneurship development and city transformation in Hong Kong for societal betterment. - Acted as Convenor and strategized the full operation and development of FSES's signature social innovation program: Tithe Ethical Consumption Movement- Took lead in organizing city-wide events and campaigns in promoting responsible consumption (i.e. mass bazaar, consumer loyalty scheme, pop up store, youth competition, consumer research, executiveroundtable, ESG conference) and generated a total of ethical consumption of over HK$10M in 5 years- Expanded the program successfully with annual increment in funding size and scale- Founded and built the first one stop e-commerce platform for social goods in Hong Kong: TECM MALL- Partnered with a community of 200+ social enterprises with training, coaching, and networkingactivities- Facilitated 100+ SE X Corporate partnership/ initiatives and special sponsorship projects- Managed a diverse team of staff, volunteer, vendor/ partners to work collaboratively toward vision andgoals- Worked in collaboration with the CE & executive team members to develop relationships and partnershipswith various stakeholders including the Board of Directors, funder, academic, corporate, NGO,organizations and government bodies (i.e. Home and Youth Affair Bureau, Home Affair Department,The Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund, DBS Foundation)- Supported fund development efforts by collaborating with the executive team to apply for diverse fundingopportunities including public/private grants (i.e. Innovator Farm under SIEF)- Played an active role in strengthening the management and governance culture and practices of theorganization by spearheading the implementation and development of various operational protocols andIT systems/ facilities (i.e. CRM)- Reported directly to Chief Executive

- Oversaw the planning, managing and tracking progress of the signature school education program - Social Entrepreneurship School Education (SEnSE) within prescribed budget and time frame, including writing proposals and reports, directing the implementation, monitoring quality- Assisted in the continuum of program enhancement and development including framework map out fornew ideas- Assisted in building partnership with different stakeholders including governmental/statutory organizations, funders, schools, social enterprises etc.- Formulated and established workflow/internal governance for program operation- Trained and performed regular review with part-time program assistants to ensure consistency and quality- Handled daily operation including administration coordination, supervision of team members (program andadministrative assistants), publication, marketing and branding, social media platform management etc.

Mother’s Choice is a local charity serving the many children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong. - Oversaw all Foster Care Services Programs for foster children, youth, families and birth families - Strategized the operations and logistics of all intervention programs - Coached and led Assistant Program Officers/ Interns/ Volunteers in planning programs, communicating with internal teams (e.g. Caseworkers, Residential Cares, Volunteer Engagement, Fundraising etc.) and external service providers to ensure values alignment and relevancy to clients’ needs- Monitored the output and outcome tracking process to ensure fulfillment of funding commitment, accurate reflection of clients’ progress and team’s effort- Conducted periodic needs assessment with stakeholders and keep up with the trends in order to reach more potential clients- Ensured all data collection, storage and privacy policy are implemented and align with organization/funding/research bodies’ guidelines- Supported management team including service manager, service director and COO to conduct analysis of relevant data, prepare KPIs and reports for the strategic design of programs- Assisted in other Services initiatives such as conferences and workshops to amplify the reach and increase public awareness on the plight of issues of vulnerable youth and children
