- Develop and manage internet product family business plans, budgets and performance for all products, including total product quality, SLAs, and identification of target gaps and inconsistencies.- Monitor and ensure that all revenue goals and customer satisfaction objectives are met through allocating work to P & S management teams for both segments (Residential & Business)- Motivate, train, coach and develop subordinate staff.- Participate and contribute the creation and development of new products ideation and development.- Build and maintain relationship/partnership with relevant technology suppliers to identify opportunities and provide valuable customer solutions.- Develop and test solutions, products, services and system integration to meet the changing requirement of the existing customers and the demands of the new customers.Key Achievements: - Overachieved the Revenue/Subscribers targets for the Internet Product Family. - Develop full detailed 5 year Batelco Fixed & Mobile Access Strategy & Execution plan. - Heading the development of the Fiber Deployment project - Leading & resolving the most complex telecom regulation topics. - Successfully completing the first Over The Top “OTT” project in Batelco ahead of plan. - Introduction of cloud based (Managed Security Services)
