1. Feature Management- Handle features related to Brand/Seller sponsors (Coin redemption, Shopee Mission,...) and daily check-in on the coin page.- Make marketing plan for Coin redemption every month, in order to attract the redemption of vouchers to increase revenue for Sellers/Internal team and traffic for features in-app.- Brainstorm about the project and feature improvement.2. Engagement Booster- Make marketing plan for EB every month or special campaigns to attract revenue, traffic for Brand/Seller and Shopee app.- Work with external teams for execution tasks (hunt deals, design, submit material to comms on marketing channels, set up in-app,...) - Make communication plan to promote on social media, CRM for out-app and landing pages for in-app, including content and visibility.- Data analysis, tracking distribution and effectiveness of the project.3. Game Operation- Daily Game operation, testing new game feature.- Game data analysis, follow customer's trends and prize distribution. - Handle daily issue tickets from Shopee’s users.- Brainstorm about the game/feature improvement and optimization.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including all online and offline channels, in stages based on goals.- Work with third parties such as media partners, KOLs, event agencies to promote the products in each campaign activity.- Work with internal and external team such as operation product, creative, design, digital, purchasing,… to ensure the progress of marketing activities as planned.- Manage documents, fulfill contractual obligations and make accounting within committed time.- Supervise marketing activities, making periodic reports to line manager. - Manage and produce POSM that is used to give away to game players and partners in every marketing campaigns.
