• Timely preparation of responses to Price Quotation requests for Instruments from regional sales managers/Engineers/Customers on ERP.• Evaluate the specifications of a RFQ.• Backup Customer Service department with phone calls and email support as needed. • If needed, ask clarifications to the customer via the sales organization.• Coordinate closely with internal sales Engineer, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
