I am the spearheading and main consultant for the launch of Brain Balance Overland Park's Virtual Branch, managing 9 virtual program clients for 6-12 month programs, yielding and retaining an additional $80,000 in revenues. I manage client session and assessment data using Salesforce CRM and Excel, synchronizing with in-center staff and clients to ensure seamless communication and program delivery.I work closely with the Kansas City and Overland Park branch owners to improve the design and efficiency of the Brain Balance Virtual Program. My coaching strategy for 50+ clients ranging from ages 3-80 involves assessing their unique motivational and cognitive needs and tailoring their training accordingly.

In a group of 6 biotechnology researchers, I mastered 5+ lab techniques (spectroscopic, PCR, gel electrophoresis, etc) to decode solutions for 7+ biotechnology experiments (manipulating DNA, analyzing proteins, using antibodies to identify cells, etc). I wrote extensive lab reports and processed data through Excel & Data Visualization tools to report my findings in an oral presentation to the head researcher, Jack Treml, PhD Immunology.

In this position, I pitched and developed research and designs for a "Head Support Project" alongside a colleague to serve individual recipients of the Not-for-Profit Geeks for Kids wheelchair alternative seated toy racecars. I manufactured products in the Kansas City HQ alongside professional engineers and adapted feedback from clients to materialize the project concepts.
