Ensuring that broker originated facilities complied with both Regulatory and Bank requirements.Loans Administration Officer (Priority Direct) (8 months). To provide end-to-end loan processing for 2 business development managers.Retail Documents Examiner (5 months). Examination of documents for retail business. Ensuring that the documents are compliant to regulatory and Bank requirements.Commercial Facilities Officer (7½ months). Encompass the day-to-day dealing, establishment, maintenance, review and closure of the Bank’s commercial facilities.Customer Service Officer (Morayfield Branch) (1 year 6½ months). This was an entry level customer service position at the Morayfield branch of the Bank of Queensland.

This fulfilling position was an excellent opportunity during my time at university. The university engaged high achieving students to provide guidance for “Introduction to Law” students. I was required to plan and run tutorials in this unit.• Leading a study group to revise, expand and clarify areas that students that may have difficulty with.• Plan Supplemental Instruction sessions on a weekly basis.
