As a project manager managed 20 staff for implementing PACS program focusing on Community Institution building, SHG management, Livelihood promotion among tribal communities, Social Inclusion in 8 districts of Jharkhand; Project management and Capacity building of 7 grass-roots NGOs; Coordinated the activities under Jharkhnad Swashasan Manch, a network of 106 NGOs in Jharkhand, promoted by PACS program and supported by DIFIDAs a development coordinator in SPAR, a national level NGO working in Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal, I regularly imparted training of other NGO professionals from different parts of India, Bangladesh and Nepal. I served as project coordinator of DFID supported PACS program, SPAR was a nodal NGO to facilitate program intervention with eight small NGOs in 8 districts of Jharkhand. I learned participatory process for facilitating development intervention among the most vulnerable rural community specifically among the women of extremely poor households and gained hands on experience on livelihoods activity promotion. community mobilization, SHG promotion and SHG cluster and federation promotion.
