Current-> Working for Blackhawk Network to increase the revenue for One4all Gift Cards by enhancing the Gift card purchase and claim flow for existing and new customer in European region. - Helping customers to perform faster purchase and improve repeat purchase (Retention) for both B2B and B2C consumers. - Managing payment integration with payment gateway. - Defining product roadmap and go to market strategy for new card onboarding. - Identifying the potential opportunities and prioritise the correct features into the roadmap.- Enabling digital favourite cards options globally. - Working for global expansion of One4all gift card (B2C).- Managing stakeholders and helping teams to align towards common goal.- Helping Product Owners to deliver best value and keep them motivated.- Working on end-to-end solutions including web/app/core systems.- Closely tracking go to market timelines and helping teams in clearing cross team dependency.-> Worked for Western Union to increase the number of transactions and customer satisfaction in Australia, Canada and European countries. - Facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. - Worked closely with the project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features. - Responsible for ownership of the Functional testing team as well as Automation testing team. - Prioritizing tasks on the basis of their importance and business effects, and ensuring on time delivery.
