Early on, the entrepreneur in me pushed me to launch a software company, where I deeply engaged myself in opportunities around business growth, operations, technology, and stakeholder management—both internal and external.For 13 years, I worked my way up from the grassroots, gaining hands-on experience across various domains. However, in the last 1.5 years, I shifted my career trajectory to explore the broader software ecosystem. This shift has been both exciting and enlightening, allowing me to refine my skills in team leadership, solution design, people management, project execution, and product ownership.I firmly believe that failures lay the foundation for the next win. I observe failures and respond in next win. You will find me studying how different software products work, why they succeed, and what leads to their failures. I like to think of software as being akin to people—observe them closely, and they’ll reveal opportunities for improvement and greater impact. The key difference? Software follows processes unlike the people.Throughout my career, I’ve devoted countless hours to product delivery, researching emerging technologies, and crafting straightforward solutions to complex project demands.Today, I’m seeking a role in organizations that thrive on Interactive AI, Explainable AI (XAI), and evolving software products. I’m particularly drawn to opportunities in delivery, research, or operations management, where I can contribute to innovation and growth while continuing to evolve alongside cutting-edge technologies.
