In my role as a research assistant and data analyst at the Data Intelligence System Lab, I specialize in conducting comprehensive data analysis using a variety of tools including SAS, R, SQL, Python, and more. Currently, I am leading a scoping review project focused on HIV risk prediction and risk scoring. This project involves synthesizing existing literature to gain insights into the predictive factors and methodologies used in assessing HIV risk. Additionally, I possess substantial experience working with Real World Evidence (RWE) datasets such as OneFlorida and Medicaid data. This involves extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large-scale datasets to derive meaningful conclusions and inform decision-making processes in healthcare and public health domains. My proficiency in data analysis tools and my expertise in RWE enable me to contribute effectively to research endeavors aimed at addressing critical issues in HIV prevention and healthcare delivery.

As the lead interviewer for an RPC study on opioid analgesics under the supervision of Dr. Linda Cottler, my role encompasses a comprehensive array of responsibilities crucial to the success of the research project. One of my primary duties involves meticulously collecting data from study participants through the administration of detailed questionnaires. This process requires a high level of attentiveness and interpersonal skills to ensure that participants feel comfortable and provide accurate information. Additionally, I am tasked with explaining the purpose of the study, addressing any concerns or questions participants may have, and adhering to strict ethical guidelines throughout the data collection process.Furthermore, I am proficient in data entry, meticulously transcribing the information gathered from questionnaires into electronic databases or other designated platforms. This aspect of my role demands a keen eye for detail and accuracy to prevent any errors that could compromise the integrity of the data. In addition to data collection and entry, I am responsible for ensuring the secure storage and management of all collected data. This involves implementing robust data storage protocols to safeguard sensitive information and comply with regulatory requirements.

Rapid street reporting is a national venue-intercept study planned for the 17 NDEWS sentinel sites. This Rapid survey is programmed to assess the use and correlates of use of over 100 drugs, many of which are new psychoactive substances, and queries whether users experienced acute adverse effects from specific drugs used.
